In the event of a cancellation by the attendee, our policy stipulates the following refund procedures:

1. A full refund will be granted if we receive notification of the cancellation at least 10 days prior to the scheduled course date.

2. A 50% refund will be issued if notification is received up to 48 hours prior to the course date.

3. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course date will not be eligible for a refund.

Furthermore, refunds will not be granted for a 'no-show' situation during the seminar.

In the event that a course necessitates rescheduling due to circumstances such as instructor illness or unavailability, enrollment falling short of the minimum required number of participants, or any other unforeseen factors, we will either provide a full refund of the course fee or arrange for a rescheduled course at a later date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled course, a full refund will be promptly issued.
